Rose Fig Glow Tea
A soft, floral tea made with roses and freeze-dried figs — simple to make, naturally sweet, and perfect for a gentle little reset.
Why we love this recipe
Some days feel heavier than others. When everything feels a little dry, tense, or off balance, a warm fruity tea can be one of the easiest ways to slow down and reset.
This Rose Fig Glow Tea is one of our favorite pretty-but-easy recipes. It is floral, mellow, lightly sweet, and made with just a few ingredients. Using OhCrisp Freeze-Dried Fig Halves makes it even more convenient, because they are always ready to steep whenever you want a cozy cup.

What you’ll need
- 10 dried rose buds
- 4–5 pieces OhCrisp Freeze-Dried Fig Halves
- Rock sugar, optional
How to make it
- Add the rose buds, freeze-dried figs, and optional rock sugar into a cup or teapot.
- Pour in hot water, around 90–95°C / 194–203°F.
- Let everything steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Enjoy warm, and eat the softened fig pieces after sipping.
You can also simmer everything gently for a few minutes if you want a slightly richer flavor, but for everyday ease, hot water works perfectly.
What it tastes like
Floral
Rose buds give the tea a light, elegant aroma that feels delicate instead of overpowering.
Naturally sweet
The figs add a mellow sweetness that makes the tea feel soft and rounded without needing much sugar.
Pretty in the cup
Rose petals and fig pieces look beautiful while steeping, which makes the whole ritual feel extra lovely.
Comforting finish
Once rehydrated, the figs turn tender and slightly jammy, so the last bite is just as nice as the first sip.
