🍓 Crispy Marshmallow Crackers

A super easy baked marshmallow treat — crispy, chewy, and full of texture.

This is a simple oven-baked version of snowflake crisp. Marshmallows are baked until soft and airy, then topped with freeze-dried fruit, biscuits, and nuts for a colorful, crunchy snack.


Ingredients

  • Marshmallows
  • Freeze-dried fruit
  • Biscuits
  • Nuts

Instructions

1. Prepare

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place marshmallows on the tray, leaving space between each piece.

2. Bake

Bake at 110°C (230°F) for 15 minutes until soft and expanded.

3. Add toppings

While still warm, press in freeze-dried fruit, biscuits, and nuts.

4. Cool & set

Let cool completely until firm, then remove from parchment paper.


Tips

  • Work quickly while marshmallows are still warm
  • Do not overcrowd the tray
  • Freeze-dried fruit adds the best crunch and color
  • Mix textures for the best result
